Independent Assurance and Reviews

These changes are implemented on a large scale and over many years. Our independent reviews and internal audit capabilities play a key role in successful delivery by looking at the end-to-end life-cycle of the program and embedding a risk-driven assurance approach in program and project delivery.

We conduct gap analysis, design and implement internal audits, and design and facilitate internal self-assessment activities.
