How we operate

Project and Program Management

Our team understands how to effectively manage complex programs in large and diverse organisations. Such programs may be characterised by uncertainty, ambiguity, dynamic interfaces, and significant political or external influences. They also usually run over a period of time that exceeds the cycle times and lifespans of the technologies involved.

Our team of program directors, project managers, and support team have extensive experience in delivering program and project management services to numerous Fortune 500 companies, large Australian corporations, and Government departments.

We follow industry-leading program frameworks, processes, and tools to deliver quality outcomes and capability realisation in a managed and controlled manner and have provided advice to clients on the optimal application.

Integrated PMO Capability

To ensure the achievement of capability realisation, organisations must enable projects to succeed by providing a structured, disciplined, and proven framework for the management of supporting business processes by controlling key project aspects (capability, scope, benefits, time, quality, and cost).

Our Terra Schwartz PMO services can manage and support your project processes, such as contract management, risks, issues, assumptions, changes, scheduling, financial, benefits, governance, communications, and resource management. We are uniquely positioned to support you with our experienced, qualified, and security-cleared personnel and our mature set of supporting tools, methods, and templates. This enables us to provide stakeholders with a broader contextual view of current project performance, as well as the potential challenges ahead. We provide improved visibility to stakeholders with early identification and reporting generated through these processes.

All our consultants are highly experienced and well qualified for their respective functions. We can provide a complete project management office, or work with you to build a hybrid project management function comprising your resources, our resources, and any other third-party resources.

Independent Assurance and Reviews

Organisations are increasingly undergoing transformation and embarking on complex change initiatives, both for the deployment of complex, integrated capabilities and changes to business opportunities. These changes are implemented on a large scale and over many years. Our independent reviews and internal audit capabilities play a key role in successful delivery by looking at the end-to-end life-cycle of the program and embedding a risk-driven assurance approach in program and project delivery.

Our review and audit capability in relation to portfolio, program, and project management assists organisations to achieve their strategic objectives. We conduct gap analysis, design and implement internal audits, and design and facilitate internal self-assessment activities. Our findings are presented in reports and presentations, with clear options and recommendations.

Importantly, we can provide truly independent assurance and advice. We have no affiliation with any systems integrators, hardware, or software providers that would give rise to any conflict of interest that may prejudice the internal audits and reviews we perform.
