A brief history
Following several years working in different Canberra firms, We knew there had to be a better way to support Australian organisations.
We understood that organisations needed to access true innovation and new capabilities that would enable them to succeed,
without spending millions of dollars and many years undertaking a project that is obsolete by the time it delivers.
Now, over 6 years later, our team has grown, and we are supporting numerous organisations to develop innovative products and professional services that bring step-change in capability and outcomes. This is a challenge we will continue to pursue and make our contribution to building a better Australia.
Leadership Team
Louis is a practising solicitor and experienced consultant to numerous government organisations. He specialises in organisation transformation, project delivery, government procurement, contract management, and dispute resolution. Louis founded Terra Schwartz and serves as CEO. He manages the day-to-day operations of the company and leads our product development and innovation team.
Sven is an experienced program management professional with an excellent track record in delivering high-value, high-profile, mission-critical programs for various industry sectors. Sven manages the delivery of our professional services engagements for the Australian Government.
Nick is an experienced Management Consultant. He is an accomplished and experienced business and technology transformation consultant, and a program and project leader with a high-level understanding of contractual, procurement, and stakeholder management activities. Nick has an extensive Government delivery background focused upon working with organisations delivering innovative transformation. Nick has hands-on experience helping clients to manage, deliver, review and evaluate programs, implement and operate effective PMOs, and plan and execute challenging transformation programs from start-up through to completion. Nick leads our Project Delivery team which supports organisations to deliver complex projects of work in both the public and private sectors.
Sean experienced executive who has worked as a member of the Australian Public Service and as a consultant to Government for 18 years. In this time, he has worked across significant transformation programs within the aged care, education, defence, employment and social services portfolios and through these experiences has developed significant knowledge and considered a leader across a broad range of corporate service, program/project management and other delivery enabling functions. Sean leads our Commercial Advisory team based in Canberra.
Edward is an experienced executive with demonstrated history of working in the Defence and Space industry. Edward leads our business engagement team to support future customers with how we can assist them achieve their goals.
